What is Self-Love?

Self-care can seem overwhelming when juggling work and family responsibilities, but it can be done in small ways that are accessible to everyone.
Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
If you start comparing yourself to someone else, it will only make you feel worse about yourself. On the other hand, if you focus on your own strengths and values, then you will find your personal value and worth.
Some people might say that we should stop comparing ourselves to others and focus on our own values and strengths instead. Try focusing on your own values, as they can help you learn how to be happy with what you have while still wanting more for yourself.
Develop A Positive Relationship with Negative Thoughts
It’s no secret that negativity plays a part in our lives. Our thoughts may cause us to feel bad about ourselves, sad, or angry.
